Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential — you will be held responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing this information with others. For verification purposes, we may request documents such as a National ID card or passport, and certain services including withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. If suspicious activity is detected, we may immediately verify or suspend the account.

Upon account closure, withdrawal of any verified balance may be permitted subject to applicable conditions; however, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be forfeited. A self-exclusion request will deactivate the account for the specified period, during which requests to reactivate will not be accepted. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity fee, with prior notice provided. Applicable provisions of these Terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
All content on the basa27 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials — is fully protected under the intellectual property rights of basa27 or its licensors. Users may access the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any basa27 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Content from third-party game providers is protected under their respective intellectual property laws, and their terms apply to any use of that content. Any user found to be in breach of intellectual property rights may face legal action and immediate account closure.
